华南师范大学教育科学学院讲师/特聘副研究员，西藏大学教育学院援藏教师，英国格拉斯哥大学（University of Glasgow）哲学博士（PhD in Education），主要研究方向为超常教育，教师教育，质性研究方法。我目前具体的研究话题是基础学科拔尖人才培养、阅读能力超常儿童发展。我主要使用质性研究方法，去探究在微观层面教师在常态课堂情境下如何针对拔尖学生进行教学、在宏观层面教育体系如何建构、在哲学层面应基于何种范式。
I am a lecturer at the School of Education of South China Normal University, aid-Xizang teacher at the School of Education of Tibet University, PhD in Education of the University of Glasgow, UK. My main research interests revolve around gifted education, teacher education, and qualitative research methods. My current research topics are the cultivation of gifted students in basic disciplines and the development of highly able readers. I mainly adopt qualitative research methods to explore at the micro level how teachers teach gifted students in regular classroom, at the macro level how the education system is constructed, and at the philosophical level what paradigm should be based on.
